AMain Sports & Hobbies will notify you via email as soon as your pre-order items are ready to be shipped to your address. The email will also include tracking information and an estimated time of arrival.

At this time, all AMain Sports & Hobbies pre-orders require to be paid in full.

All customers are eligible to place pre-orders, however, priority is based upon your VIP Rewards member status. 

A “pre-order” is a newly announced product that has not been made commercially available yet. When a customer places a “pre-order,” he is reserving the item for when it becomes in stock and shippable at a later date; when available, an ETA (estimated time of arrival) date will display near the Pre Order icon on the product page. All pre-orders must be pre-paid in full to reserve the product.

Once logged in, your store credit amount shows when you hover your cursor over "My Account" located at the top right of the page. Store credit will also be presented during the "Payment Information" page of the checkout process under "Credits Available," where you have the option to use or not use your credits towards your purchase.

Gift Cards are valid for redemption at any AMain Sports & Hobbies' retail location, or online at AMainHobbies.com and AMainCycling.com.

You can use a gift card with a damaged magnetic strip as long as the numbers on the card are legible and the card's balance can be verified. Transactions can be processed manually by keying in the number on the card.

Physical Gift Cards: Physical gift cards are usually shipped in 24-48 hours via USPS 1st Class Mail within the United States, and should arrive within 5-6 business days. However, you can select the shipping option of your choice at checkout (purchases received after 12pm Pacific time on Friday will be processed the following Monday).

Affirm sometimes requires additional information to consider a credit application. Such information may include an active checking account, which helps them verify your identity and your ability to repay the requested loan. If Affirm prompts you for this information but you are unable to provide it, Affirm will be unable to approve your credit application.

Affirm tries hard to approve every purchase but sometimes can’t approve the full amount. When this happens, they provide a debit card down payment option so that you may still complete your purchase right away.

Yes, when you first create an Affirm account, they perform a ‘soft’ credit check to help verify your identity and determine your eligibility for financing. This ‘soft’ credit check will not affect your credit score. If you apply for more loans with Affirm, they may perform additional ‘soft’ credit checks to ensure that they offer you the best financing options possible.

The easiest way to make changes to your order is to cancel it online (see instructions above) and place a new order. Please do not send A Main Hobbies a request through email for your order to be canceled, as it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours before emails are responded to and your order will most likely will have already been processed.
