What is the Details Of Return Process?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing and delivery.
If you decide to return your product on your own (not using our label) unfortunately, we will not be able to credit back your shipping cost.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What is the Standard to Be Eligible for a Return?
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The bands, socks, outlet, limited edition apparel and some accessories are exempt from being returned unless received defective.
