Refunds will be issued within 24 hours after receiving the returned package. Please make sure to keep the tracking number or return receipt for checking. 

Once your return/exchange has been processed Airydress will email you a confirmation.

Return shipping fee is paid by buyer since the return shipping costs is not paid to Airydress.

After sending out the items back to warehouse, please provide a return proof to Airydress. Then we will prepare the new order within 24 hours. 

After Airydress has received your return, Airydress will initiate the refund process for you within 24 hours. 

If you paid for the order with your PayPal account directly, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay immediately once processed, while it will take about 30 days to receive the refund if you paid with a credit card through PayPal , depending on the bank processing time. 

If you paid the order in other payment way, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay for the order within 7-15 working days, depending on the bank processing time. 

Once your refund is issued by Airydress, you will receive a confirmation email. Please remember to check your account in the due time. 

Airydress will send your order as soon as possible to ensure you get the order earlier. So your order might be shipped separately from different warehouses based on stock.

Or when your products exceeds a certain quantity, Airydress will ship them separately to ensure that you will get the whole order safely.

Surely! It definitely helps you to obtain your order earlier. Please contact the shipping company and remember to provide your tracking number to find out more information.

Airydress will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel. 

After placing your order, you can always check the order status on site. Once it is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including a tracking number. All express companies are reputable all over the world such as DHL, UPS.

There will be no more charges once you have placed your order successfully. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. However, based on experience, such situation is very rare.

Currently the total delivery time includes processing time and shipping time. 

• Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from warehouse. The item(s) will be shipped within 7 days. 
• Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from warehouse to your destination.

You can choose Expedited Shipping (3-6 business days) and Standard Shipping (7-30 business days) to ship your item(s). The shipping time may vary in different countries.

Airydress partners with major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, and EMS. Airydress offers two shipping methods which differ in shipping time. You can choose Expedited Shipping or Standard Shipping on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

Airydress ships worldwide. There may be particular locations that Airydress might require additional information to ship to. This is a rare case but if this wil happen, Airydress will get in touch with you ASAP.

Usually it takes about 5-7 days to prepare for your order since a perfect product needs a reasonable preparing period. 

Please be assured that once your order is completed, Airydress will arrange for shipment immediately and send you a confirmation email including the tracking number.

Definitely! Just go ahead and place a new order then email Airydress the new order number at service@airydress.com. Then Airydress will combine your two orders you have made and refund the shipping difference to you.

Absolutely, no limit. You can order as much as you like - any number of items at any price at any time.

Unfortunately, Airydress does not provide this way at present. However, you can order directly from online website or on your smartphone using dedicated shopping app.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. If the item is “out of stock”, Airydress suggest you to check the site within two weeks in case it restocks. Nevertheless, if it is not be restock in few weeks, it will be removed from web.

You can choose NEW ARRIVAL to find the latest products. For other kinds of items, you can just sift the elements you prefer and the site will present you many choices.

It means that there is only one size available for the item, generally a medium size that fits the majority of customers.

Airydress is an international e-commerce company originally based in Hong Kong where our offices are located. 

For the moment, Airydress has warehouses located in the United States, United Kingdom, Belgium, Norway, Australia and China. Products will be sent from one of these warehouses according to the stock availability. Airydress is still looking into launching more – so watch out for that!
