Proper care of your boots and shoes is one of the best things you can do to prolong the life of your favorite Ariat boots. Ariat recommend the Cadillac and Kiwi brands. Please note, however, that some leather care products may alter the color of the leather and will smooth the nap of a nubuck or distressed leather. Ariat will recommend that you test a small portion of your boot, i.e. the inner ankle area, before spraying your entire boot.

Unfortunately, Ariat does not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for internationally-shipped orders.

Ariat currently does not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO.

Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Borderfree international checkout.

Currently, Borderfree supports Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, JCB, and China UnionPay, with additional payment options coming soon. Please note that Free-Of-Charge coupons will not work for international orders.

Currently, Borderfree supports billing in over 60 global currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis. Click context chooser, located in the top right of the top navigation, and select from a list of our supported currencies. Once you confirm your preferences, you will be able to see products priced in your selected currency. 

As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed by Borderfree, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.

Just add items to your basket and proceed to check out. Borderfree calculates and displays the order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from warehouse(s) in the United States to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.

Today, Ariat ships internationally to select countries though partnership with Borderfree. Once a country is selected, product prices will appear in the local currency and order totals will be populated to include international shipping costs.

Ariat currently produce replacement laces for select products only. These are available through select local Ariat retailers. If you are unable to find laces please visit www.heelingtouch.com for a wide selection of generic laces.Do you have replacement insoles? Ariat currently offers a limited selection of replacement insoles for purchase. This will include the following technology collections: Quantum, Cobalt XR, Cobalt VX, as well as ATS.
