How to Return & Exchange at AthleticPets?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days for non-personalized items provided the product is still in new condition and original packaging is maintained. AthleticPets wantS you to be completely satisfied with your order so if something isn't right, let them know and they will do the best they can to resolve it. If you wish to return or exchange your entire order or any part of the order, please send the product(s) back to the address shown below. When AthleticPets.com receives the products, they will send you the replacement product or provide a refund. Please include a note with your order number and/or name and stating whether you wish to return or exchange the product(s). If you wish to exchange the product for a different size, please include the size you wish to exchange for. Please note that AthleticPets does not refund expedited shipping costs.

What is the Shipping Information Of AthleticPets?
All products are in stock (unless otherwise noted) and ship out in 1-2 business days. Please add on shipping time to estimate when your order will be delivered to you. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you would like your products quickly, just select an expedited shipping option and you can receive your item in one or two business days once processed.

Is My Payment Secure?
Absolutely. If you decide to provide your personal and credit card information to AthleticPets.com it is always secured. In fact, your credit card information is never stored in our database. The credit card is processed on the fly and the credit card information is deleted. So, nobody at AthleticPets.com could view your credit card information, even if they wanted to. Furthermore, before your personal information is delivered to us it is secured using SSL encryption.
Do AthleticPets Ship Internationally?
Yes! Athletic Pets ships to most places in the world. Simply select your country and shipping address when prompted and they will ship to you wherever you are in the world. You can estimate the cost of shipping before checking out by clicking on the "Estimate Shipping" button on the shopping cart screen.
Can I Order an Item As a Gift? Does AthleticPets Gift Wrap?
AthleticPets currently does not gift wrap, however, they will certainly leave a personalized gift message with the order at your request. To add a gift message, simply enter your message into the box labeled "Gift Message / Shipping Instructions / Order Comments" on the checkout payment screen. A packing slip is also included with all orders but prices are never listed.

It all started in the fall of 2006. Our mascot, Maceo, was attempting to find a quality dog collar to show his fan support for his favorite team, the Chicago Bears. And, being the completely spoiled pooch that he is, thought that it would also be nice if he could cheer on his beloved Cubbies as well during baseball season! At that time, he found it hard to find such athletic gear for dogs like him. After much begging, sitting, panting, shaking, and rolling over, Maceo convinced his owners to build AthleticPets.com. AthleticPets.com opened it's doors in January of 2007.....and the rest is history. We are a small, family-run business based out of the northwest suburbs of Chicago and are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. We go out of our way each day to make sure you are happy with your purchase and that the process is as quick and seamless as possible. In addition, being dog owners ourselves, we understand the need for quality in the gear we buy for our beloved pets!
We currently carry officially licensed sports products for NFL, MLB, NCAA, NHL, NBA and NASCAR teams. Our current inventory includes collars, leashes, jerseys, T-Shirts, ID tags, toys, bowls, sweaters, blankets and harnesses. Check back often as we are always adding new teams and products.
