How Do I Use My Credits?

Updated:

Credits are redeemed at the checkout on backcountry.com, CompetitiveCyclist.com, and Dogfunk.com. When you reach the checkout screen you’ll see a small credits box that will indicate your credits balance. Just check the box next to the displayed credits to redeem those credits. All credits must be redeemed at the same time—there is no option to redeem only a portion of your credits.

Credits expire in the order that they’re received, and because you earn credits through multiple purchases and on different days, some credits expire before others. When credits are redeemed toward a purchase, those credits expiring the soonest are applied first. Any remaining credits represent those that were earned most recently, and thus, expire last. This ensures that you always have the maximum amount of time to use any credits in your account.

How Do I Earn Credits?

Updated:

Products with this logo earn you credits upon purchase.

Purchase a product associated with credits and those credits will be added to your account after your order is shipped.

Credits can be used towards purchases on backcountry.com, CompetitiveCyclist.com and dogfunk.com. Your credits balance will be displayed at checkout where you can choose to use your credits or save them for a later purchase. Should you choose to use your credits on a purchase and your credits balance exceeds the total purchase amount of your order, the difference between the purchase price and your available credits will remain in your account until those credits expire. Credits will be redeemed in the order that they were earned—credits that expire sooner will be used first, and credits that expire later will be used last.
