All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Beau-coup within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please chat in, email or call the customer service department at 877-988-2328 or +1-650-967-3700 for international customers to initiate a claim. 

In the event your product arrives damaged or mis-printed, please send Beau Coup a photo of the affected product. This will help their team determine what went wrong, file a claim with UPS and begin the process of fixing the issue for you.  

Beau-coup is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However Beau Coup will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. UPS claims may take up to 8 business days to process. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled. 

Live botanicals, food products, perishable items and hazardous materials among others are restricted by export regulations. These may be country specific. Please reference UPS's Country Regulations for details. All sparklers and matches are restricted from export outside of the US.

Of course! Beau-coup welcomes international customers. Beau Coup ships almost everywhere UPS delivers. Beau Coup is available to assist you Monday - Friday (7:00am - 5:00pm PST).

After an order is placed with Beau Coup, they cannot guarantee changes can be made. Please reply to your Order Confirmation Email or chat in with Beau Coup and they will see whether a change is still possible. 

If possible, please include the following in your request to the team of Beau Coup:   

1. order confirmation number.   
2. the requested changes you'd like.

Beau-coup accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment via Paypal and Amazon Payments. 

At this time, Beau-coup cannot accept purchase orders (PO's) or paper checks. Please also note that Amazon gift cards and Amazon credit cards are not accepted forms of payment when placing your order via Amazon Payments.

In accordance with state laws, Beau Coup is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the U.S. to states in which they have a business presence. The amount (if required) varies by state. Beau Coup currently collects sales tax in the following states: AL, CA, CO, FL, GA, NC, OH, SC, TX. Orders shipping to all other states will not be charged sales tax.

Some states may ask purchasers to report all purchases of tangible personal property or digital property that are not taxed by the retailer. This tax may be reported and paid on the individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return with the state.   

If you are ordering on behalf of a tax-exempt or business organization, please reach out to the customer service team and provide Beau Coup with proof of your tax-exempt status.

Beau Coup does not offer samples at this time. However, many of their products are sold with low or no minimum order requirements.
