• If the delivery partner attempts delivery but you are not available and they cannot find a safe place to leave the order, they may try to contact you at the phone number provided during checkout. 
• If the Delivery driver is unable to complete delivery for any reason, the product will be returned back to the store and your refund will be submitted for processing.

Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout. Although Bed Bath & Beyond will try their best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Most of the items listed on the site of Bed Bath & Beyond are available in their Fulfillment Centers and should ship out within one to two business days. Items shipping from their stores or from the vendor directly may take longer.  

If there are multiple items on your order, some may ship before others. Bed Bath & Beyond will send a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number and order details whenever any of your items ship.

Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities. It is calculated based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. 

International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Borderfree international checkout.

Items Returned to Our Returns Center and Stores. Merchandise paid for with PayPal will be refunded back to PayPal.

• Shipping, delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable. 
• All gift cards are non-refundable.
• Monogrammed, personalized, custom-made or special order items cannot be exchanged or returned with the exception of a manufacturer defect.
• Whenever a Merchandise Credit is issued, customers will be asked to provide a government issued ID. This will help ensure if a Merchandise Credit is ever lost, Bed Bath & Beyond can research and/or replace.
• Breast pumps may only be returned unopened and require proof of purchase.
• Baby clothing and Destination Maternity items may only be returned with all tags intact and require proof of purchase. Returns of these items made more than 90 days after the purchase date will receive a merchandise credit for the current selling price.

Yes, but please remember the goal of Bed Bath & Beyond is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. 

You have 30 minutes to change or cancel your order after you have placed it. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please call the eService Center at 1-800-GO BEYOND® (1-800-462-3966) as quickly as possible. At this time, Bed Bath & Beyond is not able to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been shipped.

At this time,  Bed Bath & Beyond offers coupons for in-store use only and coupons that indicate they may also be used online.
