What Can I Do If My Delivery Confirmatio Mail Piece Hasn't Been Delivered?

The estimated delivery time for Priority Mail® is 2 to 3 days, but it is not guaranteed.  Delivery ConfirmationTM only provides you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time once the article has been delivered and scanned at the Post Office of the addressee - it does not provide for any tracking through the mail stream.  Please contact Body Candy directly to confirm delivery of your package or to file a claim for non-receipt of order.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact Body Candy within one year of your purchase via email: sales@bodycandy.com. You may also call us during business hours, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST 1-800-694-1426. International callers can reach Body Candy by dialing 716-694-6500.

A return form will be emailed to you. Please complete, print out, and return the form with your order.  If you are unable to print the return form, please write the details on a sheet of paper to include with your return.

Please keep your original packaging if possible and return via USPS with delivery confirmation.
