To return a product for a refund, please send the unused portion in the mail, along with your name, address, daytime phone number and original order number (if available). To help them improve their products and services, please provide them with a detailed reason for your return.

They provide the same quality or better than the more expensive national brands. their exclusive formulas and supplements are packaged and shipped directly from their Indiana manufacturing facility.

A Manufactured Date printed on the label is the date the product was produced in compliance with GMP regulations. If stored properly, products are considered to be fully potent for two years from the manufactured date.

The Expiration Date printed on the label represents the last date a product should be ingested or used. With proper storage, the product will remain fully potent until this date.

Unless otherwise specified, BotanicChoice ships in the contiguous 48 states through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of $5.95 (There is an additional charge of $5.00 when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories). This flat fee includes both shipping and processing costs. Orders over $50 get free standard shipping and processing unless otherwise noted.

1. Orders shipping to Canada will ship via USPS for a flat rate of $6.95.
2. Expedited shipments to Canada and other international locations are not available.

• Indiana Shipments - Shipments within the State of Indiana will be assessed 7% sales tax.
• Colorado Shipments - Purchases shipped to Colorado may be subject to Colorado Sales/use tax. If not specifically exempted, you are required to report this purchase and pay taxes. 
• Kentucky Shipments - Purchases shipped to Kentucky may be subject to Kentucky use tax unless it is exempt from taxation in Kentucky. Purchases are not exempt merely because they are made over the Internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. The Commonwealth of Kentucky requires Kentucky purchasers to report all purchases of tangible personal property or digital property that are not taxed by the retailer and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under Kentucky law. The tax may be reported and paid on the Kentucky individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return with the Kentucky Department of Revenue. These forms and corresponding instructions may be found on the Kentucky Department of Revenue's Internet Web site.
• Oklahoma Shipments - Purchases shipped to Oklahoma may be subject to Oklahoma use tax. Purchases are not exempt merely because they are made over the Internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. If not specifically exempted, you are required to report and pay taxes, using Form 511 or Form 21-1.
