Will I Be Charged for Making Changes to My Order?
You will not be charged for making changes to your order, however you may see a "pending authorization" on your bank account until your bank verifies that the funds are available. Once your payment is authorized, we will ship your order and you will see your final charge, only for the items actually shipped.
What If I Need to Change My Order After I Hit "submit"?
Call immediately at 1.855.463.3646 . Internationally, please phone +1.626.603.3202. As long as the order hasn't gotten too far along in processing, BoxLunch Gifts should be able to modify it for you so it isn't further delayed.
Please note: If your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
Do I Need to Create an Account to Place an Order?
No, but if you do, you can store your billing address, multiple shipping addresses, join the mailing list, check your order status and create a wish list that you can share with friends! And BoxLunch Gifts can contact you if there's a problem with your order. It's quick and easy.
If I Am Using Paypal, Can I Still Choose to Have It Shipped to a Different Address Than My Billing Address?
You may choose a different shipping address for your order, however, the billing address on your PayPal account must match the billing address on your BoxLunch.com order. If you choose to use PayPal Express, your billing address will be imported automatically.
How Do I Return Or Exchange Something If I Have Paid With Paypal?
As with any return or exchange, you must contact BoxLunch Customer Service and they will help you through the process.
Please note: If you have used PayPal to pay for your purchase on BoxLunch.com, you cannot return or exchange that item at a local BoxLunch store.
Can I Split the Payment for My Order Between Paypal and Another Form Of Payment?
