If an order is returned to Brightech because of customer error, a re-shipping fee of $15.95 applies. This is due to the cost of re-packing and re-shipping returned items. If an order is returned to Brightech because of their error, Brightech will not charge a re-shipping fee.

Unfortunately, Brightech does not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Yes. Brightech can ship your gift directly to the recipient. When you checkout, fill out your name and address as the billing address and the recipient’s name as the shipping address. The receiver of the gift will only receive a packing slip and will NOT receive an invoice with the prices.

Most of Brightech's products have North American electrical mains and are only warranted in USA. However, some of Brightech's products have worldwide voltage and work all over the world.

Once shipped, your order will arrive anywhere between 1 and 3 business days (for in-stock items) based on the method of shipment and the shipping location. Please note: the estimated transit time for shipments is not a guarantee. It is an estimate only.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Brightech will try to ship out expedited orders the same day but it may take up to 24 hours to process, depending on the time you place the order. Orders placed after 12pm PST will not ship until the following day.

Yes, Brightech will offer free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States on all orders over $100. Please note that Brightech does not refund shipping fees for returns. If you received a defective product, Brightech will ship a replacement or a replacement part at the discretion of BrightechShop.com. If an order received free shipping and a return is requested, 15% of the order amount will be deducted from the refund.

You can change the address before an order ship by calling Brightech at 844-550-8324 or by creating a support ticket. However, please be advised that once an order is processed and sent to the warehouse Brightech cannot change the address.

Brightech offers free shipping on all orders over $50 within the 48 contiguous United States. For orders under $100, depending on the weight will either be a flat rate of $11.25 or a flat rate of $18.50. Other methods such as Expedited 2nd Day, are available on the shopping cart page at checkout, and the price is calculated based on weight and distance.
