Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in checkout. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

1. Follow the procedure to complete the Returns/Exchange Form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
2. Affix the prepaid shipping label included in your order to your package.
3. Visit www.ups.com and click 'Contact UPS' at the bottom left of the screen. Call the UPS Customer Service telephone number to arrange a collection. Please have your Returns Label ready in order to provide information. Alternatively, you can drop off your return package at any UPS store or UPS pickup center.
4. Keep the top portion of the label for your records and tracking.
5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time Bugatchi receives your return for it to be processed.

When shipping your order, Bugatchi will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.

If you have a registered account with Bugatchi, you may check the status of your order online. Visit 'My Account', sign in to your account and click the ‘Track My Orders' tab.

Your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed.
