How Do I Print My Invoice/receipt?

After Checkout
You can print your invoice/receipt by clicking on the yellow, 'Print Invoice' button found on your Order Confirmation page. This button is located underneath the 'Billing Information' section of the page. You may also use your Order Confirmation email as your invoice.

From Your Account
You can also print your invoice using the 'My Account' section of the website. Log in to your account, click on 'Order History', select the correct order, then click the yellow 'Print Invoice' button in the top, right corner of the page.

Using Order Tracking
You can also use our Order Tracking portal to print your order invoice. Find and click the 'Order Tracking' link in the Calendars.com footer, enter your order number and shipping zip code into the appropriate fields, then click the yellow 'Print Invoice' button in the top, right corner of the page.

What is DHL?

DHL is shipping consolidator. They pick your package up from Calendars.com and deliver it to the United States Postal Service for delivery to you.

Please click on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or the link in your account to track your order.

If you attempt to track your package before 24 hours have passed, you may receive an error message indicating your package is not in the system. This does not mean that your package has not shipped. Please allow DHL 1-2 business days to add your up-to-date tracking information.

Packages shipped by Calendars.com cannot be tracked on the worldwide DHL website. This is due to the involvement of multiple postal authorities.
