For some hot sale items, it might go out of stock after you made the payment. Calladream's customer service Team will email you for replacement or refund.

Here are some reasons :

• The order has too many products and they all don’t fit into one box.
• Some products in the order are backordered
• Some products in the order didn’t pass 1st time quality checking, and on it’s 2nd time quality checking.
• Some items are out of stock temporarily.

After the receiving of your order, Calladream conducts Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 3-5 days; if you purchase any pre-sale item, it takes 6-10 days. However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 6-10 days to process.

Please Email or Call customer service team, so that Calladream can cancel one and resolve your problems as soon as possible.

Calladream will process order only after the payment. So if your order is unpaid, customer can just leave it there. Notice: Make payment within 24 hours. After that customer need to submit a new order, as price of promotion items might change.

For now Calladream's shipping partners are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

So you will need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is given, it will delay shipment of your items or your order will be canceled.

In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, like customs duties or fees levied by your destination country.

3. When customs clearance procedures are required, it will cause delay beyond our original delivery estimates time. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient
