Can I Cancel/amend My Order Once It's Been Placed?

Customers can cancel their order up until they get their email of dispatch and tracking number. To cancel an order simply click the button next to the order in the My Orders section and select cancel. In the notes box you can tell Boutique 1 the reason for your cancellation. You can also phone customer services team. You will not be able to amend an order.
