Can I Cancel My Order Before Delivery?

You will be sent an email when the goods are being sent from the UK. Prior to this email being sent you will able to cancel the order and receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel your order after the goods are sent, or if the goods have been sent but cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond the control of Oak Furniture Land, you will be liable for a $150 fee plus an additional $100 per box/carton.

These reasons for incurring a returns charge include, but are not limited to:  

  • You cancel your order after the items have been dispatched from the UK  
  • Oak Furniture Land is unable to complete the delivery due to access issues
  • You are unavailable or unable to take delivery of your order
