Can I Change Or Cancel an Emerica Order?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is immediately transmitted to an automated processing system. This provides the fastest method for receiving your order. As such, order cancellations and modifications are not possible, even if the order has not shipped. Customer service is only available Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM so if you have an issue with your order please contact customer service immediately at onlinestore@emerica.com.

You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label with your order if you'd like to send your item back once you receive it. Unfortunately, Emerica does not offer exchanges, but will be happy to get you a refund or gift card to replace your order.
