Can I Exchange My Order At Costco?
In some instances, Costco may be able to process an exchange order for an item that you have ordered. If you would like us to check on the availability of an exchange order, please contact Costco.
If you would rather return the item for a full refund Costco has two convenient options:
- The item may be returned and refunded in full (including shipping and handling fees) and if you wish to reorder the item, you may do so online
- Or simply return the item at any Costco warehouse location for an immediate refund
If you would prefer to ship it back, please let us know and we will arrange for it to be picked up. Once it is picked up we will process the refund.
Please note, Costco will guarantee your satisfaction on every product they sell with a full refund, subject to certain product-specific limitations.
