  Yes, mailers are branded and it will be apparent that the package has come from Ivory Ella. Please keep this in mind and observe tracking information when ordering gifts.

  Ivory Ella does offer an extended return policy for the holidays. All orders placed on or after Nov. 1st can be returned for up to 45 days after Christmas.
