Can I Return Some Products to Palm Beach Perfumes?

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less any shipping and gift wrapping charges.

Palm Beach Perfumes charges a 15% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to Palm Beach Perfumes will not be refunded and shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless Palm Beach Perfumes made an error.

Palm Beach Perfumes does not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
