If you would like to return an item for any reason after the 45 day return time frame has passed, you may still send the item back to Skechers for a store credit (eGift Card), please note you will need to cover the shipping cost for a return outside of the 45 day policy.
If you are requesting an exchange, Skechers may not have the requested style in stock at the time your return is received. Skechers will issue a gift card to you via email and you can place a new order on SKECHERS.com or visit any SKECHERS company owned retail location.
Please note Skechers will not except returns of excessively worn or damaged items.
