You can also send Carol Wright Gifts an email noting you'd like to cancel your order. Be sure to include your order number or your complete name and address. 

Unfortunately, at this time  Carol Wright Gifts can only ship orders to the USA, its possessions and APO & FPO addresses.

If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, Carol Wright Gifts will ship them as soon as they become available. 

If you cannot wait, you may cancel the items from your order at anytime before it is shipped and receive a full refund. Simply send an email to Customer Service and include your order number.

Carol Wright Gifts is required to charge sales tax in Nebraska, New Jersey, and Ohio. Sales Tax will be correctly calculated during the Checkout process after you select your shipping address.

There are three ways to shop our website: 

• Browse the Categories - Click on the categories and sub categories to find items you are looking for. 
• Search - Enter a key word, phrase or item number in our search box on the top of this page. 
• Catalog Quick Order - if you would like to place an order from one of our catalogs, simply use the Catalog Quick Shop feature on the left hand navigation. Once you find an item you like, you may add it to your Shopping cart and continue adding items from there.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you may return it for a prompt refund.

CarolWrightGifts accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

All orders will come with an enclosed packing slip and a return shipping label. Simply follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip. If you no longer have your packing slip, just print and complete the merchandise return form below, and Carol Wright Gifts will promptly refund your purchase with no questions asked. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours after receipt for processing.
