Casper also offers in-home delivery and setup with their White Glove service in the US and in the Greater Toronto Area.
Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law. Certain states also charge an additional recycling fee for any order that includes the purchase of a mattress.
Casper mattresses can stay in the box for up to three months before their structural integrity is affected. The pillow and sheets can stay in the box as long as you need. Please note that the 100 night trial starts from the night you receive your Casper products, not from the night you start sleeping on them!

Please note that UPS Ground generally delivers Monday through Friday, with certain cities allowing for Saturday delivery. Casper's vertically-integrated approach means your Casper is manufactured right here in the US and shipped to you fresh from the factory.
Casper is proud to offer top-tier mattresses and excellent customer service to save you time and money!
Casper is excited to offer White Glove delivery and removal services in most zip codes. Depending on the service, a courier can not only unbox and place your products in your bedroom, they can also remove your old mattress and box spring to make your move easy.
Casper will offer disposal options for previously owned mattresses in their White Glove delivery markets.
If you are not in those locations, Casper can give suggestions. If your mattress is still in good condition — without tears or stains — you can check if Salvation Army will pick it up and repurpose it on their website, or you can also refer to a local charity.
Also, many cities provide bulk recycling pick-up, as long as your bulky items are wrapped in a plastic furniture bag. All New York City customers can leave their old mattresses out on the curb with the rest of their recycling and the city will take care of it. If you are located elsewhere, Casper will suggest calling your local authorities to see if they have a similar program in place.
If neither of those options are viable, 1-800-GOT-JUNK can do the leg work. While this option isn't free, they will pick up the mattress (and box spring if you’re also parting with that), do everything they can to get the mattress repurposed, or otherwise dispose of it safely.
Casper's products typically ship out of their respective facilities via UPS 1-2 business days after you place your order and then take between 1-5 business days in transit to arrive at your door. To streamline production, different products may ship from different facilities, meaning multi-product shipments may not always arrive together. Once your product ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Additionally, more remote areas in Canada may take additional delivery time.
If you’ve opted into the in-home delivery and setup, the ETA of your Casper products depends on where you are located. Most zip codes will take 3-5 business days to arrive. In parts of New York City and Los Angeles, you can get your mattress as early as the same day (so long as you check out before 3 PM).

The Casper is made of three types of foam: latex foam (which provides support, cooling, and bounce) memory foam (which provides support and comfort) support foam (which props up your body so you don't sink into the bed completely) The mattress is enveloped by a custom designed and hand-sewn cover that complements nearly any bedroom. They use synthetic latex made in an eco-friendly, continuous pour facility in Pennsylvania, thus eliminating risks associated with latex sensitivity.
