In order to function and display properly, here are the minimum system requirements: 

• Browsers supported for the current version +1 back in history (ex. IE 8) Google Chrome, IE , Mozilla Firefox, and Safari). 
• Must have cookies and java script enabled.
• Must have at least Adobe Flash 11 installed.

Clark Color offers free storage of online images to site users that maintain Active Participation by making combined purchases of $20 or more in the previous 12 months. Clark Color will maintain the resolution of your images at the resolution they were uploaded at for 10 days, at which time they are sized to no more than 2400 pixels in any side. Twelve months after upload, images are sized to 1500 pixels in any side. (1500 pixels is the size images were previously uploaded with the ‘Fast Upload’ option and is sufficient for most products on website.) 

Storing up to 5,000 image on Clark Color requires yearly purchases of $20 or more. Storing more than 5,000 images on Clark Color requires yearly purchases of $50 or more. Storing more than 20,000 images on Clark Color requires yearly purchases of $150 or more. Storing more than 50,000 images on Clark Color requires yearly purchases of $300 or more. 

In order to keep print and product prices low, Clark Color will encourage all users to delete albums and photos that will not be used in prints or projects. You should always preserve your original Content, or make back-up copies of such Content, on your personal system. 

You should not use the Service as the only repository for your Content. Active participation in the service is defined as having made purchases of $20 or more of photo merchandise (prints, posters, Photo Books, calendars, cards or gifts) through the website within the last 365 days.

While Clark Color try their best to carefully match the colors on your design, Clark Color is not always able to match exactly. This has to do with 4-color manufacturing process and variations in how colors look on computer screens. Clark Color will use a digital printing process that saves you money and allows you to order in lower quantities. This process does not allow for exact color matching.

Clark Color is all about saving you money. One way Clark Color is able to get your price down is by eliminating a design review on their end and allowing you to approve your own design. Carefully review your design on the approve & order page before approving your design and placing your order. 

One of the waysClark Color can offer such low prices is that they do not review each individual design. Because of that, Clark Color will ask that you carefully review your designs for typos and accuracy. Also, make sure all your important design elements fit within the boundaries of the design surface. Clark Color cannot refund or remake orders of this nature. Please keep in mind that thin borders do not work well on the edges of any product. Printing and cutting equipment have small operational variances so Clark Color cannot guarantee the borders will be exactly uniform around the product.

Clark Color knows you will be happy with the quality of products. If you are not, please contact Customer Service department to request your order be remade or refunded. All requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order. Clark Color may ask that you return the product or e-mail Clark Color a photo of your order so they can understand the problem.

Clark Color accepts American Express, VISA and MasterCard credit cards for our products, as well as ATM/debit/check cards that display the Visa or MasterCard symbol.

1. From the 'My Albums' page, select the prints you wish to order from the current album or click on the name of any other albums to view and select prints to add to your shopping cart. You must click the 'Order Prints' button to add your selected prints to your shopping cart. 
2. You can choose glossy or matte finish for your prints.
3. From the shopping cart, you can also select additional print sizes, change the quantity of prints ordered, and add a border to your prints if you choose.

Clark Color usually create your products within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Shipping times vary, but you should expect 3-10 business days (14 business days during holiday periods) for standard shipping in the continental US. Large orders, as well as delivery to an APO/FPO address, to Hawaii, Alaska and to Canada can sometimes cause additional delays. If you are in a rush, Clark Color does offer two-day and overnight shipping at an additional charge.

Almost all orders over 1 pound will be shipped UPS and you will find a UPS tracking number in the email you received when your order was shipped. If your order is under 1 pound, it will generally be delivered by US Mail and is not trackable.

1. Adding a border to your photo(s) can now be done in your shopping cart. 
2. Once you have placed all the photos that you wish to add a border to in your cart, select the border type you wish to add in the upper right corner of the 'Order Summary' page.
3. You may select a plain black, plain white or torn white border for your prints.
4. The border you select will be added to ALL the prints in your cart.

1. After you have logged in, click on the 'Upload Photos' link on the left hand side of the page and then follow the prompts on the UPLOAD PHOTOS page. 
2. You can use the fast upload for multiple photos at once or the slower full resolution upload option. You can also upload photos from Facebook.
3. Click on the 'How to upload/Help' link in the upper left for more instruction.
4. You may add photos to an existing album or create a new one.
5. When you are done uploading, you will be taken to the 'My Albums' page.

Yes, Clark Color still process 35mm color film only. Please email customer service for an order form and mailing label.
