Concords Premium compatible / remanufactured ink and toner items NOW come with a Lifetime Warranty covering all defects. Our other compatible brands (e.g. Innovera, Xerox) are able to be returned within 1 year from the original date of purchase if defective. Please contact a Concord Supplies customer service representative to arrange for an exchange or refund.

Items ordered in error which are unopened may be returned within 60 calendar days from the original date of purchase. Contact a Concord Supplies customer service representative to arrange for the return and refund of such items. Shipping charge are non-refundable in this circumstance.

To return or exchange products, please submit a Return Authorization Request Form.es.

Prior to returning products for exchange or refund, customers must contact Concord Supplies' to request a Return Authorization (RA).

When initiating an exchange or return, please be prepared to provide:

• Order Number
• Date of Order
• Specific item(s) to be returned
• Reason for Return

Once a RA has been issued, the Concord Supplies team member will provide instructions as to how this item is to be returned.

  To receive the outstanding benefits of our Corporate Account program, Concord requires that Corporate Organizations:

  1. Submit a Corporate Account Application (PDF)
  2. Meet our necessary credit requirements (or provide valid major credit card)
  3. Purchase greater than $2,000 in products each month

• Educational Institutions / Government Agencies

  To receive the outstanding benefits of our Corporate Account program, Concord requires that Educational Institutions / Government Agencies:

  1. Submit an approved Purchase Order (Sample Version PDF)
  2. Unlike Corporate Organizations, no monthly sales volume is required

Products sold by Concord Supplies and shipped to the state of Illinois are subject to sales tax of 8.25%. Illinois state law requires we charge sales tax on product portion of the total cost.
