Designer Living always stand behind the quality of their products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ship it back to us within 30 days of original ship date for a full refund of your purchase price; sorry but clearance items are not returnable and shipping fees cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition with their packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.

To initiate a return on your order, please go to the My Account page at www.designerliving.com. Then, simply follow the instructions as printed on your enclosed packing slip. Due to Designer Living having multiple regional returns centers based on product category, please return item/items to the address in the upper right hand corner of your packing slip. Please note, return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility and are not refundable.

Flat rate/ground shipping cost of $5.95 applies to orders under $75 and free for orders over $75, UNLESS otherwise noted.

Orders are usually delivered without a signature. Delivery without a signature is at the discretion of you and the carrier and can also be based on the individual driver's familiarity with the route.

All orders ship within 2 business days of placing the order. Orders that ship via UPS Ground arrive within 5-7 business days from the shipment date.

At this time, Designer Living only ships in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Designer Living is unable to ship to Puerto Rico at this time. However, Designer Living is working hard to expand their area of coverage as quickly as possible so more people can enjoy designer bedding and home décor items. It is easy to redeem a coupon code in your shopping bag. Simply type the coupon code into the box, ENTER COUPON CODE, in your SHOPPING BAG. The prices of eligible items will be reduced by the coupon code. If a coupon did not apply to your order, it is probably for one of two reasons: One, you ordered something from Designer Boutique Brands. In order to provide superior service, your order is processed immediately upon receipt. To see if you can still cancel your order, please click on Your Account at the top of the page when visiting www.designerliving.com. If you see a red Cancel Order button next to your order, you can click on this, confirm the cancellation and your order will be canceled. If you do not see this button, it is most likely that your order has been received and processed and Designer Living is unable to accept a cancellation or change to the order. However, the friendly customer service staff would be happy to discuss return policy with you in the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
