Do I Have the Right to Cancel a Purchase, Returns and Replacements?

By law, you have 14 days during which you have the right to cancel a purchase. At Miss Mary you always have 100 days during which you have the right to cancel a purchase and the right to return the goods. In the case of replacement or return, send the goods in the same condition that they arrived. Always complete the enclosed return slip. The goods can be returned in the same bag in which they were delivered. Do not forget to pay the postage. If you wish to cancel your purchase or if you wish to make a change, you are responsible for the return freight. The right to return goods or replace goods naturally does not apply if the goods have been used.

If the goods are faulty or have been sent incorrectly, Miss Mary of Sweden is responsible for the cost of the return freight. In that case contact Customer Service Department for further instructions. In the case of a return, Miss Mary of Sweden will refund your money within 14 days of being notified of the return, although not until the goods have been received and checked by them.  

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
