Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?

You’ll be charged for return shipping only if you return by mail. This includes orders placed with standard, next business day and two-business day shipping. Returns to Nordstrom Rack stores are always free. The return shipping fee for mail-in returns is $5.95 for the US, $10.95 for Canada and $25.95 for Australia. Nordstrom Rack will automatically deduct the fee from your refund.
