Because all of products are manufactured in (and shipped from) Georgia, currently only Georgia residents are subject to a sales tax (4%). If you are buying for resale purposes, please contact Doctor Recommended and they will require a current sales tax exemption form for Doctor Recommended's files.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You may returned opened products within 30 days for a full refund as long as less than 25% of the product has been used. Items that are Not Refundable would include products without original packaging, products where 25% or more have been used, and products purchased more than 30 days from date of return request.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier.

Doctor Recommended strives to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping an order where the total is less than $25.00 is only $2.99 if you are located in the United States. If your order totals over $25.00, it ships free! You do not need to do anything, as the free shipping will automatically be figured in the shopping cart when you check out.

Doctor Recommended does not offer express shipping at this time. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. They use USPS First Class Mail for all orders in the Continental United States. Most orders will arrive within 4-6 business days.
