Can My Doctorinsoles Be Transferred From Shoe to Shoe?

Updated:

DoctorInSole suggests initially keeping the orthotic insole in the original shoe while it conforms to your foot. If you choose to transfer it to another shoe, DoctorInSole suggests it be a similar style of shoe (for instance, if you’re using the FitStep in a sneaker, transfer it to another type of sneaker or running shoe). It is also extremely important to remove all removable arch supports, gel pads and other inserts inside the shoe before putting in your DoctorInsoles. To maintain complete function and the product life of the orthotic insoles, DoctorInSole suggests having a pair of DoctorInsoles for each pair of your shoes.

How Do I Use Doctorinsole Orthotic Insoles?

Updated:

Use DoctorInsole orthotics as needed for support, correction and pain relief. If you are not accustomed to wearing orthotic insoles, it may be necessary to "break them in." Wear your orthotic insoles for up to one hour the first day, two hours the second day, three hours the third day, etc. You may wear them more if comfortable. Do not be alarmed if you experience slight discomfort when first wearing this device. You may experience this in the feet, ankles, knee, legs, hips and/or lower back. This is an indication that they are working and your body simply needs time to adjust to the correction.
