All downloads sold on Eden.co.uk are intended only for the use of the person purchasing the download and should not be copied or distributed.

You can download an item up to 10 times across multiple devices within 24 hours of when you start your first download.

Once you start to download an item you will have 24 hours to complete the download or download to another device.

Your download will be available in your account until you choose to download it for the first time.

If you purchased eBooks before March 2016 these eBooks will not longer be available to download.

Any eBooks purchased from March 2016 forward will be available to download from the My Account link at the top right hand side on any page.

Your card will be debited when you place your order through our website. If you cancel your order (as permitted under our terms of sale) we will refund your card within 3 working days.

Very occasionally an error or an incident occurs at the point of dispatch which means the original dispatch is unlikely to reach you. If this is the case, rather than waiting the normal 15 day period for Eden to be sure that you will not receive the item Eden prefers to rollback your dispatch and process it again. In these rare instances it is possible you may receive a duplicate copy of your item, although you should not be charged a second time. If you do receive a duplicate in this instance please follow the instructions shown above in 'I have received duplicates in my order'.
