For product purchased on esskateboarding.com online store, eS Skateboarding offers a 30 day warranty and return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to the warehouse within 30 days from point of purchase for a refund or store credit. Items must include original tags or shoebox, be unwashed, unworn, and unused. Items must also be free of smoke smell, pet hair, or cleaning product. eS Skateboarding recommends trying on footwear in a carpeted area. If the returns warehouse finds your product not suitable for return eS Skateboarding will ship it back to you immediately and no refund or store credit will be issued.

You will receive an order confirmation to your email you provided upon order entry. Once your order is processed and packed, our system will email you an order confirmation followed by a Fed Ex tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update.

Shipping is free for U.S. orders above $99.00 USD (before tax is applied)

All U.S. orders are shipped via Federal Express.

eS Skateboarding offers the following shippping methods at check out:

• FedEx Smartpost (Delivered within 3-10 business days)
• FedEx Ground (Delivered within 1-5 business days)
• FedEx Express (Delivered within 1-3 business days)

Expedited shipping begins when your order leaves the warehouse not when it is accepted into the sytem.

Please add $5.00 for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. FedEx Express shipping is the only available shipping options for Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer ground or Next Day Air/Overnight to Alaska or Hawaii. The shipping costs for your order depend on the total amount in your cart before any taxes or discounts.

NOTE: éS online store does not accept personal checks, cashier checks or money orders as a form of payment. Mail orders will be returned to sender. es is unable to withdraw funds from foreign credit/ debit card accounts.

éS charges sales tax based upon the tax laws of the state your order is shipped to. All applicable state and local sales taxes will appear on the order billing & review pages during your checkout process.

The éS online store is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, HI, ID, NC, NV, NY, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, UT, VA, WI, and WY.
