There are rare occasions that a drop in the internet connection (even for a millisecond) could prevent your bank from letting Everything 5 Pounds know that the transaction was good to go. When the website receives a payment confirmation from the bank or PayPal, you will always be directed to an order confirmation screen and Everything 5 Pounds will always send you an order confirmation email so keep an eye out for this (sometimes they end up in spam/trash). 

As with any failed payments attempted online, either your bank or PayPal will be holding the funds, as they are acting on your behalf, and will credit your account. Depending on the provider, this may take anything from a few hours up to 7 working days and they suggest that you contact them for any further information regarding this payment attempt.

Everything5pounds.com accepts payment via PayPal and all major card payment providers including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Switch via payment providers Safecharge. At this point  Everything 5 Pounds is currently unable to accept American Express through either of our partners.  

Everything 5 Pounds work very closely with both Safecharge and Paypal to ensure that all payments are secure and authorised by customers to allow for the safest possible shopping experience.

All payments and orders are required to be completed on site as  Everything 5 Pounds does not currently accept payments via customer service line, standing orders, money transfers or cheque.  

Please bear in mind that Everything5pounds.com does not store any payment details on website. Any card details displayed are only visible to you and are stored on an encrypted network, to allow customers to check out in the most efficient way possible.

All international parcels are subject to review by the customs agency of the destination country and the addressee is liable for any additional customs charges which may be incurred.

After many talks with other couriers, Everything 5 Pounds has yet to agree on delivery protocols based on the volumes of orders that they send every day and are confident that with the excellent track records their couriers have, they are the most reliable couriers for customers. 

Now Everything 5 Pounds know that there are couriers out there that offer a lower price for delivery but the P&P cost on every order covers a lot more than just a postage stamp for the courier. It also covers additional costs like new picking technology, the packaging itself alongside warehouse and distribution costs.  

You see, since day one ( a long, long time ago), Everything 5 Pounds has not changed their postage prices and they will always look at innovative, more cost-effective solutions to combat inflation and continue to offer the fabulous products that you all so love. 

Most importantly, however, even though Everything 5 Pounds has maintained long relationships with couriers and suppliers for a number of years, they do review them both on a continual basis, just to make sure they're up to scratch.

As you can imagine, when Everything 5 Pounds is selling wonderful products for just £5 per item, there's no profit margin that would allow them to include free postage as part of the service. However, Everything 5 Pounds often run various promotions (including free delivery) to newsletter subscribers, social media followers or both.

Delivery charges are determined on the weight of the entire parcel and start from £3.95. 

Delivery charges are displayed in the shopping bag and at the checkout before any purchases are made.

When it comes to international shipping, most certainly deliver to just about every corner of the globe, with each country having its own dedicated selection of delivery services. 

For all deliveries to countries within the E.U as well as the United States of America, partner with various couriers who help us deliver large parcels at an affordable cost and all options available for the destination country will be displayed in the Delivery Method drop-down list, either in your shopping cart or on the payment page.

For all other countries, Everything 5 Pounds is aware that whilst some couriers might be able to deliver to a country as part of their network coverage, the cost was simply not aligned with expectations. For these countries, orders will be shipped through the international postal service which offers either point-by-point tracking, signature upon delivery or both.

p.s. If you find a courier who ships to your country at a lower cost, then Everything 5 Pounds can also deliver to them at standard United Kingdom charges and they would then be responsible for your parcel.
