How Long Will It Take to Process My Return At Fabhunt?
Once Fabhunt receive a parcel back, please allow up to 2 working days for your parcel to be processed. If you have not included your name, order number and reason for return, it may take longer to process your request.
Once your parcel has been processed, Fabhunt will email you with a confirmation of receipt and will advise the next course of action regarding your exchange or refund.
Please note, Fabhunt can only authorise exchanges or refunds once they have received the original item back to their offices.
Fabhunt currently does not offer a free returns service.
How Do I Use a Promotional Code At Fabhunt?
- You can enter your promotional code in your Shopping Cart in the discount code box underneath your products.
- Once a valid code has been entered, click ‘apply coupon’ and your code should be applied to your shopping cart.
- Please note, only one code can be used per transaction.
- All codes are subject to terms and conditions.
What Do I Do If a Item is Missing From My Parcel?
- All cases of missing items must be raised with Fabhunt within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Anything raised outwith this time Fabhunt will be unable to investigate with their dispatch team.
- For any cases of missing items please contact Fabhunt as soon as possible.
My Return Was Processed But My Delivery Fee Wasn't Returned From Fabhunt, Why?
If you have returned your order as you have changed your mind or are no longer wanting the items then Fabhunt currently is unable to refund your postage costs for this.
However, you should be refunded the full product price, unless otherwise advised.
How Much Does the Express Shipping Cost?
- Express Delivery, £8.99
- Landmark Express Service - Estimated delivery 5-14 days after dispatch
- If your parcel has not been delivered within 28 days, please contact Fabhunt immediately.
- Please note, Fabhunt is unable to investigate any tracking or delivery issues 60 days after the parcel has been shipped. Any issues that are not raised within 60 days of the parcel being shipped, will not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
How Long Does My Order Will Be Shipped?
Please note, orders will be dispatched 7 - 10 working days after your order is placed.

- Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service- Estimated delivery 2 working days after dispatch
- You will receive a confirmation of dispatch email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
