Please allow 7–14 business days to receive a refund. Some financial institutions may release holds sooner or take longer depending on their policies. For any additional questions about the length of holds, please feel free to contact your bank. Returns for store credit will be added to your FabShop 24–48 hours after FabKids receives the returned item at warehouse.

FabKids charges your credit card at the time your order actually ships.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. As soon as your order ships, FabKids will send you an email with a tracking number. If your order is sent via standard shipping, you can expect it to arrive within 4–10 business days. If your order is sent via Guaranteed Express shipping, you can expect it to arrive within 2–3 business days. You will also find your order details and tracking information on the “Order History” tab in the “My Account” section.

Currently members with a shipping address in California, or Kentucky will be subject to sales tax on purchases. FabKids reserves the right to collect sales tax in other jurisdictions. Members may be required to file a sales/use tax at the end of the year.

FabKids accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. FabKids does not accept PayPal, personal checks, or money orders.

FabKids currently offers clothing in sizes 2–14 for both girls and boys.

The shoe sizes range from toddler 7 to big kid 5. For additional sizing information, you can check out the size chart: http://www.fabkids.com/chart.htm.
