Any returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your product. The product(s) must be returned in its correct condition.

Any cancellations must be made before 12pm the day your products are due to be shipped to you. Please make sure you are happy with your basket before pressing the payment button in check out.

Delivery charges will be quoted by phone for all orders. Restrictions may apply to non-EU countries. The owners and operators of this website will not be held responsible for any particular item contained in an order being confiscated by authorities, or any import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient or donor.
