What If My Shipping and Billing Addresses are Different?

Fraud is fun for no one so Finish Line uses several measures to protect you from it. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. And Finish Line totally gets that sometimes you need to have two different addresses but if additional information is needed to verify and protect your order, then a customer care representative may contact the cardholder. 

In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately. Don't worry though, if Finish Line did miss you, just get back to us so Finish Line can get you your product ASAP.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Orders?

All Finish Line Online orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. Product availability will determine when items in an order will ship. Orders with more than one item may be shipped from separate fulfilling locations so you can get all your items as swiftly as possible. 

Delivery times can also vary depending on the final destination. Once Finish Line ships the items in your order, a magical shipment confirmation email with your UPS tracking number should pop up in your inbox. You may use this tracking number at www.ups.com to monitor the order in-transit. There's great responsibility in that kind of monitoring power. Use it wisely.

Note: A business day is considered Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Which Finish Line thinks is kind of silly since Finish Line is in business every day (except some major holidays).

The delivery time for your order is based on the time it takes to process and pick your order in the warehouse PLUS the UPS transit time.

What If I Do Not Have a Credit Card?

Finish Line will accept purchases made with a debit card as long as it has the Visa or Master Card logos. PayPal is another accepted form of payment. However, if none of these options apply, please visit one of their stores to pay with cash, check or money order.

How is Sales Tax Calculated At Finish Line?

Talking taxes can be a touchy subject but rest easy knowing that Finish Line follows all state and local laws and regulations pertaining to sales tax.  FinishLine charges applicable sales tax on all merchandise purchased in states where they have stores. 

Just a heads up, some states require FinishLine to collect sales tax on the shipping charges as well. In those states, sales tax will be calculated on the purchase price of the merchandise plus the shipping charges.

Can I Return Merchandise That Has Been Worn?

Merchandise not working out? FinishLine is sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, normal wear and tear is not warrantied on any merchandise. So, if your dog gets a hold of your new Jordans, there's not a lot FinishLine can do. Here's some more helpful info: 

  • Exchanges on worn merchandise can only be made when the damage is caused by a manufacturer's defect .
  • Items cut or sliced by sharp objects cannot be exchanged .
  • From the date of purchase customers are provided 45 days to attempt a return.
  • After 45 days, items may not be returned for any reason.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded for return items.
