How to Order At Fragrance Direct?
The quickest and easiest way to order is via the website using either your credit/debit card details or Paypal. Although if you would prefer to order over the phone you can contact customer services team on 01625 432565 who will be happy to take your order. Why are the Products So Much Cheaper?
Fragrance Direct sell products directly to the public. There is no shop and there are no middlemen, so overheads are kept very low, and Fragrance Direct pass their savings onto you!
How Quickly Will I Receive My Purchases?
Fragrance Direct process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with a range of delivery options available at the checkout. Depending upon your location and the time of your order being placed, you can receive your order as soon as the next working day!
What If I Want to Make an Exchange Or Want a Refund?
Fragrance Direct wants you to be completely satisfied with your order and wish to resolve any problems you may have. However if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact customer service team who will advise further.
Can I Collect My Order?
Orders aren't available for collection as Fragrance Direct doesn't have any stores.
However for UK deliveries only, you can send an order to a Royal Mail local collect store of your choice and collect in your own time.
Can I Have My Order Delivered to a Different Address?
In most cases, Fragrance Direct can deliver an order to an address of your choice, even if the delivery address is different to your billing address.
However please be aware that in some circumstances management may reserve the right to send orders to the billing address only, but don't worry! - If this is the case, Fragrance Direct will contact you before your order is dispatched.
Can I Use More Than One Promotion Code?
Unfortunately not, you can only use one promotion code per order unless it states otherwise.
Free Delivery Code is Not Working. What Should I Do?
The free delivery code is only available with UK Standard delivery. If you enter the code and then select an alternative delivery method it will disregard the free delivery code.
Please be aware the free delivery promotion code needs to be entered in capital letters and cannot be used with any other promotion code. It is one promotion code per order.
To redeem the free delivery over £20 code, please type "FREEDEL20" into the promotion code box on the shopping bag page.
