To calculate shipping for international orders, it's simple! All you need to do is add items to your cart! When you add items to your cart, click the "view cart" button and then you'll be taken to your cart view page. Select your country, enter in your postal code, and the system will automatically adjust the shipping options you see in front of you based off of your country and entered postal code. It's that easy.
Yes! Fun.com ships to over 200 countries worldwide. Just to name a few countries that they ship to, Fun.com ships to the United Kingdom (UK), Canada (CAN), Australia (AU), amongst a ton of other countries! To see which countries they ship to, place an item in your cart, click the “view cart” button that will appear, and then select the corresponding country. You may be prompted to enter you postal code for more accurate rates.

Knowing how to track your order is pretty important. We will send out a shipping confirmation, which will include a tracking number, once your order has a shipping label attached. If you do not see your tracking email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam and junk mail folders, because sometimes the stuff of Fun.com will wind up in there.
Sometimes you just need to change the contents of your order; you realized that you have the wrong apartment number, or maybe you forgot to add that adorable duck costume that you wanted to add, or you just found out the party you needed the costume for was canceled; it happens!
Fortunately, Fun.com haS the option to change and/or cancel your order, but be aware that we don't have a huge amount of time. Their shipping department runs on the weekend (they try to be freaky fast), and it's very common that orders ship out only mere hours after they're placed!
If you need to cancel, change your order, your best bet is to give us a ring (via the phone number on the left side) to take care of it as quickly as they can.

Exchanging an item is as easy as 1, 2, 3. If you need to exchange an item from your order, just click the "Returns/Exchanges" button on the left hand side. When you click that button, you will be redirected to our return center. The sleek return center of Fun.com will guide you through the process on exchanging an item.
If your item is defective or has any other issue or flaw, please contact Customer Service to resolve it within 14 days of your order date.

Fun.com started years ago with the discovery of a purple monster hiding inside the Fallenstein's home in Mankato, MN. The monster imbued the family with a love of Halloween and told them to spread it across the entire world. Armed with nothing but a sewing machine and some serious skills, one of our founders made Halloween costumes for her children every year, but it wasn't until her kids were grown that the idea of opening a season costume rental shop took hold. Starting in the garage with only a couple dozen costumes, Costumes Galore became a season success in the Mankato, Minnesota area which got bigger and bigger each year.
We went from a small, family-run business operating out of a garage a couple months a year into a huge, family-run business with over 100 year-round employees and thousands of season employees, operating out of a 200,000 square foot warehouse in less than a decade! Suffice it to say, the monster is pleased.
