In the event that you decide to return your jacket or gloves, Gobi Heat require that your item(s) be dropped off as the post office or shipping carrier within 30 days of receiving the item(s). This is so Gobi Heat has a reasonable opportunity to resell the item before the season ends.

Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. When your shipping label is created, you will be emailed the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track when your packaged is scheduled for delivery.

Great news, your jacket is washer and dryer safe. Simply remove the battery, tuck the connector back into the battery pockets and wash as you would any other high quality item of outerwear. 

The jacket has three temperature modes, low; medium and high. Depending on which mode you use, the jacket will stay warm up to 10 hours.
