What is the Return Policy Of GolfEtail.com?
RETURN POLICY: To return your purchase, ship the item(s) back to the address below within 30 days of receipt and GolfEtail.com will refund your purchase. If your order received free shipping, the return is subject to a 5% restocking fee. The restock fee will be a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $20. GolfEtail.com will always waive the restocking fee if you place a reorder for a different size, OR if you choose to accept store credit. To choose store credit, simply check the box below to receive your refund in the form of store credit.
All returns must be received in the identical condition as when they were shipped. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees that are associated to the return. Returning an item which does not conform to these terms may result in additional return fees assigned at GolfEtail’s sole discretion.
Will I Be Charged for Sales Tax?
Since GolfEtail.com has offices located in Massachusetts & California, they are required by State law to collect sales tax on shipments destined to addresses in these two states. GolfEtail.com doesn't like it either, but unfortunately it's the law!
