When Will I Be Charged By Hello Kitty Sanrio?

When you place a pre-order order, you agree to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your account is charged the non-refundable deposit once your order has been placed. 

When the item is ready to ship, Hello Kitty Sanrio will charge the remaining balance, including tax and shipping fees. You will receive an email letting you know your order has shipped.
