If you wish to cancel your order and less than 30 minutes have passed since you placed it, please call Customer Service at 1-877-449-6932.

Mon–Fri: 6am to 6pm (PT); Sat: 7am to 3pm (PT); Sun: 8am to 4pm (PT)  

Gymboree will do their best to cancel your order at this point. However, please keep in mind that the systems are designed to get orders on the way as quickly as possible, and Gymboree will be unable to cancel your order if it’s already entered our shipping & handling process.
