Orders placed online at saks.com may be returned using the label in the box or by taking the item into a Saks Fifth Avenue store. The label is located in the black envelope and is attached to the Shipping Summary. When using the pre-paid label, please ensure the carrier scans the package in and provides you with a receipt. If you do not have the receipt, please place your order number in the box. If a receipt or order number is not present, then your merchandise may be returned back to you. Merchandise purchased from an OFF 5th store or off5th.com may not be returned to a Saks Fifth Avenue store.
