How do I cancel my order?

1.Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not yet been 'Dispatched' for fulfillment.
If you order has not been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, you may return the item in its factory condition to us postmarked within 7-25 calendar days of delivery. In that case we will refund you the payment excluding actual shipping fees already incurred. Actual shipping fees incurred are determined by the weight of each returned product and by the way it was sent (e.g. Flat/Registered Airmail, EMS/DHL, etc.).
2. Please follow the direction below to see if your order may be cancelled.
If you have an account, please Login to 'My Account' (located at the top right of the homepage). Find out which order you would like to cancel and send us an order message to notice us you want to cancel the order. We will deal with your order ASAP.
If you do NOT have an account, please send a confirmation email using your PayPal email address within your order ID with you want to, and then you will get the order details and status.
3. Cancellation Policy
All orders that are cancelled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
Orders with Coupons: If you used a coupon on your order, you will be credited for the entire order minus the coupon amount. Please note that coupons are treated as discounts and will not be recreated or reissued.
Orders with BIC Coins: If you used BIC Coins we rewarded to you on your order, you will be credited for the entire order minus the BIC Coins amount. Please note that BIC Coins are only able to refund to your account.
