How Do I Go About Returning a Product?

Contact AW Direct Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order by calling 1-800-243-3194 or emailing returns@awdirect.com. One agents will provide you with a return authorization number. Once you receive that number, simply include it in the package you ship back to AW Direct.

You can also contact AW Direct about your product return through convenient online form.  

You can ship the item(s) via the carrier of your choice. Once AW Direct receive the item(s) back and they are inspected, a credit will be issued to you.  

Please note that any product you return must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
