How Do I Order a Replacement Part?

How to order a part that is broken will depend on whether your product is in warranty or not.

If you believe your product is in warranty, contact KitchenAid at 1-800-422-1230. KitchenAid will be able to verify your warranty, order the part, and if needed, arrange for a certified technician to visit you.

If your product is out of warranty, you may order it in KitchenAid's Purchase Genuine Parts site. If the part needs to be installed, KitchenAid recommends you Schedule Service Online or Contact KitchenAid to schedule a visit from an authorized technician.
