How Do I Start a Return Or Exchange?

To start a return or exchange go to: returns.cynthiarowley.com and enter the e-mail address you used to place your order. Cynthia Rowley will send you an e-mail with a link to your order history. From there you will be able to select which items to send back and print a pre-paid return label. For exchanges you will be able to select a new size, color, or completely new style. This is based upon on available inventory. Cynthia Rowley will ship your new order to you right away! For international orders and pre-order items you’ll need to reach out directly to our Customer Care team to get your return started. Send a note to customercare@cynthiarowley.com.
