• How Do I Cancel My Order on Hopscotch?

  To cancel your order, visit the 'Orders' page of your Hopscotch account. View the 'Order Details' of the order you want to cancel and tap 'Cancel'.

• I Just Cancelled My Order. When Will I Receive My Refund From You?

  If you’ve selected Cash on Delivery, there’s no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit/Debit Card/Netbanking, you will receive your refund to the source account within 5-7 days from the time you cancel your order.

• Why Can't I Track My Order Even Though It Has Been Shipped?

  Courier services usually take up to 24 hours to activate tracking for an order once it's been shipped. Please check again after the mentioned time.

• Can I Get My Orders Delivered At a Specific Time?

  Please coordinate with the courier executive delivering your order to see if this is possible. Delivering at a specific time may not always be an option from courier services due to their schedules.

• Why Am I Unable to Place a Return Request From the App/website?

  Personal use items such as swimwear, innerwear and jewellery, as well as food items can't be returned. Items on "final sale" are also not eligible for returns.
